Property Sales Information
Property sales information is available on the internet. Follow below mentioned steps:
- Click on the Property Records Search link to the left. This link will open another window.
- Click on Start your search ….
- On the left hand side under Searches click on Sales.
- Fill in the parameters for the sales you wish to find and click Go at the bottom of the page.
The following property sales information is available in the Supervisor of Assessments Office:
- Residential, Commercial/Industrial and Farm sales are available in books containing copies of property record cards.
- Spreadsheets for Residential, Rural Residential, Commercial/Industrial, Vacant Lots and Farmland Sales are available in the office or by mail or fax for a fee.
